Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a demo class, join a plan or use the Little Lingos website. By booking or paying for classes, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before you pay.

Who can join

Little Lingos is for children aged 3.5 to 15. A parent or guardian must book classes, agree to these terms and make any payments.

Demo class

The 30-minute demo class is free and there is no obligation to join afterwards. After the demo, we share your child's starting stage and a recommended batch.

Plans and payment

  • You can pay online at littlelingos.in/pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets in India; international cards elsewhere), or as our team arranges on WhatsApp. You get a receipt from Razorpay by email.
  • You can pay monthly, or pay once for a set number of classes (up to 144). The plan, the number of classes a week and the price are shown on our fees section and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
  • Prices are set for each country. Prices in India include GST.
  • Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month of classes. Classes start once payment is received.
  • A 10% sibling discount applies to the second child's plan.
  • You can move from group to one-on-one classes at any time by paying only the difference.

Classes, missed classes and rescheduling

  • Every class is 40 minutes, live online. You need a laptop or tablet with a camera and a steady internet connection.
  • You can reschedule up to 2 classes a month with at least 24 hours' notice. Classes missed without notice are not made up, but you can watch the recording for 30 days.
  • If we need to cancel a class, we will offer another class at no cost.
  • Pay-once plans must be used within the period agreed when you pay.

In class

We expect children to be kind and respectful to their trainer and classmates. A parent or guardian should be nearby for younger children, especially in the first few classes. We may pause a place in class if a child's behaviour repeatedly disrupts others, after talking to you first.

Recordings and materials

Classes are recorded for quality and for families to catch up. Please do not share recordings or class materials outside your family. Our lesson plans, games, characters and materials belong to Little Lingos.

Refunds

Refunds are available only within the first 7 days after payment, and none are given after that. See our refund policy.

Our responsibility

We work hard to give every child great classes, but we cannot promise particular exam results. We are not responsible for problems caused by your own device or internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
